Information About the Airship and Fishing

People told me that I need to fish for the books to get the airship, but where exactly do I have to fish? And where can I get the bait?

I would really appreciate some information. I was only able to defeat it once, and now it says that it has disappeared.

Defeated boss once, now it says it’s gone

Hi, can someone help me? With the (Monster from the Depths), it says it has disappeared or something like that, but before it said “come back in 18 hours”, and now after 18 hours it shows that message. However, I’ve only defeated it once.
