Most of my dreams are like videos or scenes from a show that don't involve me in any way, other than my thoughts as the scene plays out.

It's hard to picture myself becoming lucid in these dreams since I'm like an outsider looking in.

Sometimes I do dream about me watching the scene from my room or becoming a character in the scene, but that's more uncommon.
