I am graduating soon and have a two interviews, both with small group practices. I see a lot on here about group practice red flags...I'm wondering if anyone has any group practice "green flags" or things you see as good signs/strengths to lookout for (if you have any red flags feel free to throw them in there as well...I'm still figuring out logistically how this world works)

Additional things I'm wondering...if you do/did work at a group practice, how long did it take you to build a caseload? Is your supervisor also your boss, and what kind of hours do you work?
