Im up for a promotion but its the same old story.. management say they are having a tough financial year and im feeling like im gonna be disappointed with my salary increase. Ive made it clear the number I’m working towards/am hoping to get. Am I being a brat without even getting the increase yet? Do I wait to get it and see my options from there?
