I’ve had the helio strap for about two weeks now. Biocharge is always low and exertion always gets to 100% very early in the day. Does it ever get more accurate? Should I keep waiting or do I need to recalibrate this somehow? I do pretty intense workouts about 5-6 days a week and only get about 6.5 hours of sleep. Any help calibrating or adjusting would be great!
