Dermrays vs Ulike

Hi, I know going in a clinic gives way better result especially with alexandrite laser, however while of course I’d go with this option if I could my wallet would just implode and I don’t wanna get into detail of my financial situation it just isn’t bad but not nearly good enough to put aside enough money for full body hair removal in clinic, and honestly it’s really put a toll on my mental for quite some time, and I am at a point where I feel like even if it is not as effective as clinic I cannot wait much anymore and have to do something about it.

Locally I am lucky enough to have a VERY light skin and VERY dark and in many parts thick hairs, which to my understanding is the best combo for every treatment.

So that’s how I came to “maybe I should look into at home hair removal” and from my research the diode laser dermrays and ipl ulike seem the better options even if not as permanent as clinic.

I already know the dermrays is probably superior, after all while not alexandrite it’s still a laser and should therefore work way better than any ipl device, however I always heard wonders about the ulike and the cooling system really seems something cool for someone with a skin as sensitive to pain as mine, but I really wanted to know the opinions of people who used one or both of this devices, hear tips, errors to avoid, if I can use it on a thick beard and stuff like that.

As for why shaving isn’t enough, my hair are so black and my skin so white I can see them under my skin very clearly, and sugaring/waxing cause me so much ingrown even with scrubbing.
