How the heck do you use it?? I thought it would be straightforward.. apply and move on with life. It goes on super gritty and as it rehydrates it becomes a thick sticky coating. The problem is, it keeps rubbing off on my teeth. I’ve tried drying the area, applying the paste, using a wet Qtip to gently rehydrate it until it starts to form the gel, but even after waiting a while it still comes off. I’ve tried thin layers and thick layers, using my tongue to gently push it back in place, etc. This canker sore is behind my upper lip where my teeth are so I can’t go around holding my lip out all day.
