Filling out the process for a public trust, and on one of the sections it asks about foreign travel. Since I have lived abroad (Canada) for part of the past 7 years but not travelled anywhere outside of there, do I answer yes?

Recently moved back to the USA from Canada - trying to get either a PT status or a clearance to improve my odds for hiring. Bachelor's in Computer Science, Master's in Cyber Security. Published author on US federal cyber policy.

I assume I'd look for contractors in addition to applying to anything and everything on USAJobs?
