Good weight based lunch salad bars?

Sometimes I feel the need for a custom salad despite what I brought to work for lunch looking back at me and then to my wallet with distain. DLM has a delightful salad bar, but $12 a pound is ... spendy.
Anyone have a good salad bar hook up that's not DLM priced?
