I’m just getting into my Wii this past year or so and really loving WiiFit Plus. I’m disabled and in my apartment a lot so it’s helping me stay active.

Anyway I noticed that a handful of the activities say I can change the channel to watch TV while the Wiimote tracks my progress. Does this mean I can change the input to watch my DVD player or just that I can change channel on the Wii or do I need an older TV like where a certain channel was the Wii and there’s only one input??

Any help is appreciated.
