$2054 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment - 38th and Park Ave

Looking for someone to take over my lease from June 1st to August 31st. Rent is $1890 + $164 utilities allowance with utilities increasing to $199 starting June 1st. To note, this is a co-op but my experience has been the same as a regular apartment complex.

Amenities:

- Elevator
- A Washer / Dryer in building (free)
- Dishwasher in apartment
- 2 bathrooms
- AC unit in room
- once a month housekeeping to clean common spaces (kitchen, bathrooms) along with toilet paper and paper towels provided by the building (not charged for this, is provided by landlord)

I am open to moving earlier than June 1st. Message me for more pictures / a video of the apartment!
