Last year we found some Mustang grapes on our fence line. This spring I went to cutting out the poison ivy it’s intermixed with and am trying to coax it on to a trellis.
Anyone have any luck trellising wild grapes? Do’s or don’ts? Just winging it and ran out of scrap lumber so thinking on design.

Found on the lakeshore. Quill is .75cm at widest portion. ID appreciated. Initial thoughts are hawk or eagle but unsure.
