Anyone else struggling to keep up with pet hair in a small apartment?

My dog is getting older and shedding way more than before. I try to clean every day, but when work gets busy and I’m exhausted, the fur starts drifting all over the apartment almost immediately.

I looked into hiring cleaning services, but even once a week feels way too expensive for me long term. How do you guys keep pet hair under control without spending a fortune?
