12 days post-op and finally on the mend.
Hi friends, long time lurker and first time poster. I had an open abdominal hysterectomy, everything except ovaries was taken. My surgeon is a badass, the hospital I was admitted to for recovery was not, but as of late afternoon yesterday I’m home and get to recover where I’m most comfortable.
I’m happy to be back.
Unfaithful spouse has me feeling like I was never good enough, most days. Those moments are the worst. Any kind words are appreciated.
Edit: I’m going to try and reply to each and every one of you because you all have been so uplifting, generous, and so kind 💚
