This Deathwing Knight is my first mini that I've gotten close to tabletop ready, and it's also my first attempt at zenithal and speedpaints. The hardest part was coming to grips with my skill level and being able to tell myself, "stop, you're not making it any better."
(Edit: after looking at the picture I realized I forgot to finish the purity seal.)
At least I was able to work through a lot of my mistakes and end up with something I can be happy with. I definitely need to get a lot more saturation with the zenithal on the lower legs, these came out pretty dirty looking. And my freehand is still pretty shaky. I chose the Deathwings because they were a little bit bigger model, and have a lot of cool details to paint. I think I might be able to do some extra edge highlights on the next one, my hands are getting a lot steadier as I progress.
