Advice needed: Transferring a non-refundable Standard fare to a family member (Booked via Capital One Travel)

As the title says, I purchased two round-trip tickets to Japan for an upcoming trip (Aug 28th). I bought both tickets through the Capital One Travel portal, and they are Air Canada "Standard" economy fares (non-refundable).

Ideally, I need to transfer one of the tickets to my brother. I called Air Canada support, and they weren’t helpful at all. I know third-party bookings complicate things, but I'm trying to avoid having $1,000 completely disappear.

Does anyone know if there is any workaround to transfer the name on a Standard fare? If I cancel and get a Future Travel Credit, is there any way to apply that credit to a ticket for my brother? Any advice on how to keep this money from being completely wasted would be hugely appreciated.

Want a cut and styling advice

I always freeze up at the barber because I never know what to ask for, which usually results in a bad haircut. Right now, my hair is so long on top that I can't just sweep it to the side anymore. It's also completely lost its volume and sits really flat.

For context: I have a rectangular face shape (I feel like longer hair helps round it out) and I like to keep my hairline covered because I'm not a huge fan of it. I genuinely just don't know much about hair maintenance or what styles would actually suit me. What should I be asking the barber for?
