Any tips for staying consistent?

I’ve been on Wegovy for about 1 year and 3 months now. My starting weight was 102.5kg and I’m currently 79.4kg. For context, I’m 25, female, UK size 14 and 5’4”.

The issue is that I haven’t really lost weight since the beginning of the year. I’ve only regained about 7lbs, but it feels like I’ve hit a complete brick wall with dieting. I cannot seem to stay in a calorie deficit for more than 2 days before I end up eating more again.

Ideally, I’d still like to lose another 21.8kg. I’m walking regularly, cooking at home, eating mostly whole foods, focusing on protein and fibre etc etc... But even on this medication, I still feel like I naturally want to eat at maintenance, if not above it.

I know part of this is probably diet fatigue after spending basically all of last year in a deficit, but I really wanted to lose the rest of the weight this year. As the weeks go by, that goal feels more and more out of reach.

At this point, literally any deficit feels impossible to stick to. I’ve tried 1200, 1500 and even 1800 calories a day, and I’ve broken all of them within a few days.

Has anyone else hit this stage on Wegovy? How did you get past it?
