Oh my gosh y'all, this is such a good, healthy swap for pasta! My husband grabbed it at Aldi today and I was really skeptical. It has a slight vegetal scent but it doesn't really have any flavor. The texture isn't bad either, it has a little bit of a vegetable crunch but it's subtle. For how much better this is than pasta, I'll take it!
