Is this really Governor Azanza’s sister? (Gigi Bird)

I’ve come across Gov. Azanza’s alleged sister. Her posts and political takes come off as insane especially when she tags the politicians and talks as if she can message and call them at any time like she is part of their camp. I don’t know if she’s legit or not when it comes to her relationship with the governor. All I can say is, she comes off as mentally ill.
