Clarendon/Courthouse apartment recs?

Hi All! I'm looking for a 2br 2 bath or 1 bed with den in the clarendon and courthouse area of Arlington. I wanted to see if anyone has any thoughts on the following complexes. Specifically I'm looking for a nice safe complex preferably in a mix between something not next to skyscraper buildings but close enough to shops and metro access. I also am hoping to get a balcony in my unit. Hardwood floors are preferable. If anyone has any notes on the management styles of the below complex that would be greatly appreciated!

First Choices:

  • Reserve at Clarendon:
    • Ammenities: gym, pool, club room spaces and business lounge
    • Location: Extremely convenient for clarendon metro access - near shops and stores
    • Parking: Available spots, $140/mo
    • Unit: nice units, rent is 3.9k for 1188 sqft, 8.5 ft ceilings
  • Avery Row:
    • Ammenities: small gym, no pool, small outdoor area on terrace and 1st floor
    • Location: no grocery store but close to seafood restraunt, half a mile from main shops
    • Parking: Available spots, $200/mo
    • Unit: 10 ft ceilings but rent for 1348 sqft is 4.3k, but does have rooftop terrace
  • Bell at Courthouse:
    • Ammenities: small gym, coworking places, nice pool w hotub,
    • Location: near courthouse but a few blocks from the road so less citish feel
    • Parking: $135 parking, reserved $190
    • Unit: $4k for 1256 sqft

Second Choices:

  • Verde Point:
    • Amenities: outdoor terrace, pool, pet spa, small gym, clubhouse area
    • Location: near courthouse within walking distance, quieter, grocery store and cafe next to building
    • Parking: $150
    • Unit: rent is 3.8k for 1118 sqft, might b smaller tho bc according to sizes of floor plans it looks like the unit is actually around 940
  • The Beacon
    • Amenities: pool, clubroom, small gym, small business center
    • Location: quick access to shops and clarendon metro but ive heard bars in this area are loud
    • Parking: $150
    • Unit: $3.9k for 900 sqft

Let me know if I missed anything! Thanks and happy apartment hunting to everyone!
