Does anyone have recent experience of booking restaurants on a lock it in rate at 15 days out?

We sailed on a LII Sea Terrace rate last summer (before all the changes) and got restaurant reservations no problem on the day they opened up. Changed a fair amount of our times on board once we had a better idea of what our days looked like (first cruise) as others’ plans also changed.

I’m assuming there won’t be much available when our reservations can be booked? But hoping if I need to I’ll be able to go to Razzle Dazzle/check the app once on board to snag the restaurants we want.
