How can I increase my strenght and endurance for an incoming P.E. test?
So here's the thing. I have an upcoming and very important P.E. test, but I didn't have had the time to workout and exercise in the way I would want, AND the test is close. In this desperate situation I want to know if there are vitamins, food suplement, pre workout or other type of sustance (legal of course) that could help me to increase only for that day/moment my strenght and physical endurance.
