I’m currently M20 and from Michigan but next month i’m cutting off my family and moving to Chicago to start a new life. I estimate I’ll have $1.5k-$2k in my bank account by the time I leave. I’ve been looking at apartments online in the Chicago area for $800-$1k price range but all of them only accept 12 month leases and no one is accepting a month to month lease which is really frustrating. Like I need a place to live for a month or two and in those 2 months I’m planning to look for a fast food job to get hired asap. I also chose Chicago because I don’t have a car and will rely heavily on public transit to get me around. I don’t wanna accept the 12 month lease because if I don’t have a job after month 1 is over I’m basically screwed and will be kicked out and can get sued by the landlord/property manager. Any advice?

He tells you that you can receive $244 million in your bank account and no one will question it. However he also says that if you accept this deal, the following rules will happen/apply:

1. Whenever you have a child, the first child will always be male.

2. If you are currently in a relationship with another person or married, you must have children, otherwise the money disappears, if you break up before having a child then this rule doesn’t apply. (If you are unable to have children biologically, it will be magically fixed)

3. If you are not in a relationship currently but get into a relationship in the future, you must have children before or after you get married, unless you break up before having a child.

4. If you currently have children, you just get the $244 million and none of the other rules apply to you. (Unless you decide to have another child again)

5. You have to fight your firstborn son on his 18th birthday before the day is over. This is a 1v1 fight without any weapons. The fight goes on until someone gets knocked out and breaks 4 bones (their own or the other person’s) NOTE: BOTH CONDITIONS HAVE TO BE MET FOR THE FIGHT TO END. The fight will take place in an open grass field.

6. Your firstborn son will be born with MSTN gene deficiency, he will always be in shape and have a lean/toned body build no matter his lifestyle, he can get more muscular if he works out, but doesn’t need to workout in order to keep his muscles. On his 15th birthday he will be automatically notified of the fight that occurs on his 18th birthday and the rules of the fight. Lastly, His fighting potential/talent is on the same level as Mike Tyson and if he starts to learn a fighting style, he will progress exceptionally fast. Also his adult height at 18 will be 6’5 and he will weigh 200 pounds (This is guaranteed, regardless of your genes/height).
