I recently got the HDFC EasyShop Business Card and made a transaction on the Income Tax portal. I was expecting 5% reward points as per the card benefits, but I didn’t receive them. When I contacted support, they said the transaction wasn’t categorized under the 5% category. Does anyone know if there’s a specific way or category for tax transactions to ensure we get the benefit? Any advice would be really helpful!
