I assume its game over here but worth asking...

In the mission Idol of Ra, you use a pickaxe to break a wall, then go prone to escape. A guard finds you, you knock him out and Indy rolls him up under where you just crawled out from.

About 10 seconds after this, my game crashed and now, I am back, on the other side of the wall, and unable to go prone again to crawl out. Restart checkpoint puts me in the same spot as does a full "save rollback". So, am I stuck for good or does anyone have any ideas or ways they escaped this predicament?
