Heyo reddit, 23 M here. about 6 ish weeks ago now, I made the horrible mistake of using a 75 pound grip tool daily for two weeks, also doing art commissions for hours, and playing osu mania (a four key rythym game), I noticed a weird burning so I decided to stop for two days and suddenly pain began to flare and my arms did not want to move (as in it was painful to, not that I physically couldnt)

Six weeks later, my pain has improved a good bit! I havent had any swelling, no loss of range of motion, I can even use my keyboard, but the top of my forearm and the bottom of my forearm continue to hurt, especially if i try going back to my activities. Ive got no tingling in my hands really, no loss of strength, just pain if I try.

Im unable to go to a doctor for complicated reasons, ive cut out art, osu, and the grip tool entirely for now, sometimes the pain is a dull throb that fades within seconds and appears at random unless my arms are completley relaxed.

I could really use some advice? Maybe some guidance? I take ibuprofen for the pain, heating pad, advil cream, I feel like i cant go back to art or my rythym games which im very passionate about. I know if its tendon stuff, tendon cells can take up to 3 months to fully mature, and maybe pain is normal right now, but its getting worrysome.

Ive had pain free days, and then I end up overdoing it.. I think this is my second reflare during the recover, I dont know, any ideas? Anything to soothe the mind?
