Easing Up On Bad Orders

As someone working inside operations (AM), one thing I think the Papa Johns app could improve is wrong-store order prevention. We get a fair amount of customers calling back the store to switch location/cancel due to wrong location and it inflates BOZO logs.

A lot of customers accidentally place orders to the wrong location because checkout is designed for speed and people tap through quickly. From the store side, this creates:

- wasted food/product

- wasted labor

- inflated OTD times

- oven congestion

- customer frustration

- and operational disruption during rushes

I’m not suggesting adding annoying “are you sure?” prompts every screen, but maybe smarter confirmation systems like:

- clearer store highlighting before checkout

- GPS mismatch warnings

- prompts if delivery address is far from selected store

- or a final “Confirm this location” screen before payment

I feel like this would reduce waste and improve customer/store experience without adding too much friction to the app.

Curious what other employees/customers think.

How long is the stuffed crust special going to be going on for?

I only ask for a few reasons as my GM is going out of town and I am an AM and need to know so that way I don't under order string cheese. Ty.
