Trying to cook an Earth Bender Phys Monk

There's still a lot of questions that need to be answered when we get patch notes, but so far:

- I've never made a warrior build, so I'm not sure which slam skill will be more viable for clear, sunder or earthshatter. Sunder is slower but hits harder, Earthshatter is faster but needs warcries to explode (using seismic cry with enraged warcry to bypass cooldown rather than using charges).

- I'm still uncertain whether it'll be worth building two separate weapon slots, or just dump everything I can into making hollow form even more powerful

- Will Way of the Mountain also include deflect in it's use? If we invest heavily into stuns to keep stacks up and stun immediately, will investing into a ton of EV to avoid hits and deflect to mitigate damage be the best course?

- Gotta wonder how stonefist will interact with unique gloves. Mark said it does modify some unique affixes, so I don't know if using it for more damage on crafted gloves, or more stuns (for also more damage with way of the mountain) will be the better choice.

- Itemization is still up in the air, as we don't know how all the new runes and items will affect things here.

- Passive tree would invest into stun buildup, phys damage, daze, and armour break. There's a decent number of these notables on the monk's side. There's also lots of good skill speed and EV nodes there.

Anyone else have some ideas or thoughts on how this could work? I love you all!

EDIT: I'm actually thinking that investing in pin over stun would be a better idea. You could use resonance/combat frenzy to generate power charges for hollow form resulting in more earth smashing and using pin for the mountain stacks from immobilized mobs.
