A colleague of mine is planning a trip around IK for a week, starting from Bishkek first. They were asking if renting a car from autopark.kg/autopark312 is legit--the company is asking for 200USD prepayment and 500USD safety deposit in cash upon arrival. The colleague is wondering if this is normal procedure and if they should go ahead and book it.

I'm from Kyrgyzstan, but neither I nor a few people I asked knew about renting, so perhaps someone here can advise us on this. Thank you kindly.
