So I’m currently running a U/L-R-U/L split and have been pretty satisfied thus far. My question is if I’m doing pec deck for my first upper day (and still progressively overloading the movement each week) is it “ok” to do a chest press on the 2nd upper day and progressively overload that movement the same or should I stick to getting strong at one exercise. I am aware they work the same muscle but I just like the variation unless it’s just all around better to keep at ped decks for a while.
