I got my Beats Solo 4 Wireless about 3–4 months ago.

They won’t turn on normally. When I try to reset them, they blink red and white, but don’t go into pairing mode.

I’ve tried:

Holding the power button for 20 seconds

Charging them and trying again

Turning them on while plugged in

Sometimes they turn on, but they won’t connect to my phone at all.

No consistent pairing mode or connection.

Anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

so like i got my beats deadass like 3-4 months ago nd every time i try to turn em on they dont and i try to reset them they blink red and white then usually go into pairing mode but it doesnt go into pairing mode i've tried putting them on the charger holding them for 20 secs and turning them on and they do and they jus dont connect to my phone jus sum1 pls help me🫩
