Hi, I’m a master’s student looking for a decent place to live. I’d prefer something with updated or renovated facilities and, most importantly, a quiet environment — no constant noise, loud parties, or problematic neighbors. Also, I really want to avoid places with cockroach problems.

I’m almost 30, so I’m mainly looking for somewhere calm, clean, and comfortable. If the complex is newer or recently renovated, that’s definitely a plus. I know about Slide North, for example, and I’m considering it, but I’d like to explore more affordable options if possible.

I honestly don’t care much about the size of the apartment — quality, cleanliness, and peace of mind matter much more to me than extra space.

My priority is finding the most decent and peaceful place within a reasonable budget, although I could consider paying more later on if it truly offers comfort, safety, and tranquility.
