I just started Fluoxetine last week for depression, anxiety, and OCD. It’s my first time taking an SSRI and I know the effects of it take weeks to kick in. I was wondering how this helped others as far as being easily irritated and angry?

A lot of sounds send me into immediate anger and quite literally ruin my whole day (gum chewing, music playing loud outside, etc). I absolutely hate that I’m like this. This isn’t why I started the medication but I am curious if it’s helped other people with a similar issue because if so.. I’ll be thrilled to find out this could cause me to just chill out a little 😅
