PCN - Euro 6 Compliant
Drove to london several weeks back, got a PCN successfully challenged when providing new car V5s - during this time of waiting for PCN to be cleared i played it safe to purchase a 12.50 pass as i was back in area a week later - got letter this morning saying that any past purchases cannot be refunded ????? i might as well not have bothered and just got another PCN
can they really refuse a refund based on themsevles NOT having correct car details
