What is this RFB/NPS
Can someone please help me understand how this component will be added to my monthly cashout.
I was told that on the induction day, i will be give a choice to either opt for this and it will make this component taxfree and if i dont opt for it, it will be added to my monthly but will be taxed.
Now my question is what does that even mean? If someone can please break this down for me, I will be grateful.
