Any ideas on how to force a reset or what to do . Won't turn on . When I plug power flashes then just shows battery is charging but nothing charges or seems to be waiting for a sunny day but it was working yesterday afternoon and at night it just stopped working all together 8 months old . Currently looking for where I put my multimeter. Thanks for any advice
