I have some depression and anxiety with the vast syllabus of gpat, how can people memorize 100's classification of drugs each having 10-40 drugs

How can they memorize every minute details of each topic.

And how they memorize those unique traits of thousands of drugs.

How they memorize not only source and chemical constituents but also adulterations, micro/macroscopic features of pharmacognosy

In biochemistry how they memorize thousands of different carbohydrates, proteins, AA, and other nutrients with their unique traits

Please someone guide me with this large ocean I am currently drowning in...
