Need help stopping leak from shower head connection. Water is leaking from the threaded area between the shower arm and the shower head/diverter attachment (pictured). I already tried tightening it and re applying teflon , but it still leaks when the shower is on.

Any help on what to do next? It does seem like it should go in more but it won’t let me tighten it more
