G-Plans is on the pricier end but they include personalized coaching in the cost. I'm genuinely curious whether that coaching adds real value or if it's just a nice-sounding feature that doesn't change outcomes much.

Anyone done G-Plans specifically for GLP-1? Wondering if the coaching is proactive or if you have to chase them to get any engagement.

MyStart Health keeps coming up as a "no friction" option which I appreciate in theory. But I've found that the easier it is to get on a program, sometimes the less actual medical oversight there is.

Anyone used them? Curious how the initial evaluation works and whether a real provider is actually reviewing your case.

RemedyMeds markets itself around accessibility and medical supervision which sounds right but a lot of these platforms say the same thing. I'm trying to figure out what actually differentiates them.

Has anyone used them? Curious about the actual provider interaction and whether the medical oversight is more than just a quick async message.

Sprout Health is one I haven't seen discussed much. Their pricing is on the lower end which is attractive but I'm a little wary of what gets cut to offer that price.

Has anyone gone through their program? Specifically wondering about the quality of the compounded medication and whether the provider is actually engaged.

Came across Knownwell while researching options and there's barely anything written about them from actual patients. Their site talks a lot about "whole person care" which sounds good but I've heard that pitch before.

Anyone here actually a patient? Would love to know what the onboarding process is like and if the clinical support is real.
