Ok im trying to find this kids book because I wanna base an oc off of one of the stories but I just CANNOT FIND IT ONLINE!

It was this story where this kid talked about their aunt who gives them strange gifts. I think it was in a 3 story anthology where there was a clip clip race where kids wrre racing horses and a kid wore a dress too a hawlloween party cus the invitation said "wear fancy dress"?

If you know about this kids book or atleast the aunt gifts story please let me know so I can try to find it online
