I’m a cash buyer, no loans or finances to sort. I would absolutely want to have a pest/building report before I commit though.

I’ve never bought a house before, so i’m a bit lost. There’s a nice place that i’ve seen on the usual real estate apps, it’s been on the market since December last year, and under offer since early February or so. I’ve done some reading around and it seems that most of the time, properties don’t sit under offer for this long.

Should I bother contacting the agent? Or is this place as good as gone?
