I'm going to keep this real

because I hate sugarcoated

weight loss posts.

THE NUMBERS:

Start: 112.8KG — Body fat 58.6%

End: 60KG

Time: 6 months

Gym visits: Zero

Supplements used: Zero

Calories counted: Zero

THE HONEST TRUTH:

Truth 1 — The gym destroyed me.

I went from 83KG to 96KG inside

the gym. My trainer had me doing

everything correctly — but I was

eating 16 to 18 rotis per day

thinking I was being healthy

because I switched from rice.

I wasn't dieting. I was just

finding a new way to overeat.

Truth 2 — I failed 100 times.

Not 10. Not 20. Over 100 resets.

Every Monday a new start. Every

Friday the same result. The

cycle only broke when I stopped

looking for a better plan and

fixed the one thing that actually

mattered — portion size.

Truth 3 — The plateau is real

and it almost broke me.

From October to January — three

full months — my scale showed

75KG every single morning. I

pushed through a 6 hour workout

one day out of desperation and

lost 300 grams. I sat on the

floor and felt completely done.

Truth 4 — What actually worked

was embarrassingly simple.

Cut food to one third of what

I used to eat. Move outside

every day. Sleep properly.

Kitchen closed after 7PM.

No second servings. Ever.

That's the whole system.

No secret. No hack. Just control

applied consistently for

6 months straight.

Ask me anything. I'll answer

every question honestly.
