I have a home gym and i only have dumbells and barbell i do 2 sets failure both incline and flat bench with barbell 2 days week for chest i add 2 kgs every week and its going well so far but will it be enough for muscle stimilus so i do total 8 reps of chest every week i usally do 5-7 reps every set i really hate dumbell flys so i dont do them is my workout plan enough? thanks in advance
