I’m a complete newbie and bought a royalty raspberry plant from Menards. Any advice for soil composition so my new friend can thrive? Also, can someone explain the roots wrapping around the cane and how I handle this when potting?

I am waiting to pot this since we just got another cold snap but please give me advice to ensure this one’s success please 🙏
