Greeting, this morning around 6:30am, 30 Apr on E11 Abu Dhabi bound from Dubai, a grey car that looks like a Nissan Altima has a bursted tyre and broken bumper was parked at the right shoulder.

I was driving on the second lane from inside and has no escape to go over the debris due to busy traffic.

When I had the chance to get off high way and stop safely I saw the bumper had some small damage.

I have comprehensive insurance for my car.

I guess my option is either file a police report for 500dhm plus fee and go insurance with deductible or just suck it up myself.

Any suggestion is welcomed.
