I’m looking for some advice and insights from people working in oil and gas/ EPC /consulting companies.
I have a background in chemical engineering and have been working for about a year as a process engineer in an EPC company. My role so far has been more focused on documentation rather than design work.
Recently, an internal opportunity opened up for a Business Analyst position aimed at fresh graduates.
For those of you who work or have worked as Business Analysts in EPC or consulting:

\- What are your typical responsibilities?
\- What kind of skills are most important for success in this role?
\- Would this be a good career move for someone with my background?
