A casual query about satellites and visibility
Hey all! First time poster here. Seem like a chill place if the rules are truly respected. 😎
I was sitting on my porch tonight looking at the planes flying past. I have a wide view, and air traffic seems busy today. I started to think about the lights on airplanes. I live near an airport and sometimes when they come in the landing lights are INSANELY bright these days. I started to wonder if they would be visible if pointed downward from space. Not a plane in space per say, but a vehicle equipped with such lights. Then I wondered what the sky would look like on a clear night if every current satellite could be equipped with said lights.
