Yesterday I had new insulation blown into my attic. Today I realized there is “dust” (I’m guessing insulation particulates) all over the tile/wood floors where they were working. I cleaned it up by wet Swiffering. Then I figured, if it’s on the floors, it’s probably on the carpeted staircase too. I then vacuumed the carpeted stairs with a bagged vacuum (masked, with eye protection) and disposed of the bag. There wasn’t much in the bag afterward. I’m wondering if that’s good enough of a deep clean, or should I have the stairs professionally cleaned as well? (I wasn’t actually present for the work so I didn’t witness it, just observing the aftermath) I’m just a renter and my landlord is not handy so I’m on my own to figure it out. Thanks in advance!
