I’m just curious whether it would be more logical for festivals like Jazz Fest to offer lower priced tickets for ppl to come to Jazz Fest on days like today when the weather is so awful.

I would have considered going in to see the Black Keys for less $$, but paying full price for essentially one performance seemed dumb.
