I've searched for a definitive answer on this, but not sure I'm right on the interpretation.

It says you can "mark a stress to target another creature within range," does that mean you can target them and make a second, separate, attack roll, or do you make one attack roll to cover the entire action, and then you can chose to activate Quick to apply that roll to a second target?
